Platform overview

One industrial IoT platform for every facility.

Monitor equipment health, detect anomalies early, and generate compliance reports — all from a single dashboard that connects to any device across your operations.

Deploy in days · Enterprise security · Any protocol
What is ControlCom Connect?

ControlCom Connect is a vendor-neutral, cloud-native industrial IoT platform (IIoT platform) that unifies monitoring, analytics, and reporting across every site and every piece of equipment you run. Unlike single-vendor stacks, it treats Modbus, OPC-UA, BACnet, EtherNet/IP, and MQTT devices as equals, so Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and legacy controllers all land in one dashboard. It works as a modern cloud SCADA alternative without the on-premise server sprawl: a containerized edge agent collects data locally and syncs to the cloud, so a multi-site fleet view is live in days, not months. Operators get real-time dashboards, anomaly detection, energy management, audit-ready compliance reports, and mobile alerts, from a single platform priced per site, with no per-tag or per-device licensing surprises.

FAQ

Platform questions, answered

What is ControlCom Connect?

ControlCom Connect is a vendor-neutral, cloud-native industrial IoT (IIoT) platform. It unifies monitoring, analytics, energy management, and compliance reporting across every site and every piece of equipment you run, from one dashboard reachable in any browser or on mobile.

Which protocols and devices does it support?

Modbus TCP and RTU, OPC-UA, BACnet, EtherNet/IP, and MQTT are all first-class. Because it is protocol-first rather than brand-first, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB, and legacy controllers land in the same platform without a rip-and-replace.

How long does it take to deploy?

Days, not months. A containerized edge agent drops onto a small box at the site, pre-built protocol connectors pull live data, and a working multi-site dashboard is live within the same week the project starts.

Can it run on-premise or in a hybrid setup?

Yes. The edge agent collects and buffers data locally, so local views keep running even if the internet drops, then syncs to the cloud when the link returns. The platform supports cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments.

How is the data secured?

The edge agent is outbound-only, so no inbound firewall holes are opened into the OT network. Data is encrypted with TLS in transit and at rest, with role-based access, SSO, and audit logging. SOC 2 Type II is in progress.
